Hello everyone. This is our lastest edition rounding up the various leagues we have running in the Premier Fantasy League of Extraordinary Fans (PFLEF) forum.
In a unique twist, we would be having the January and February updates all in the one article. Hence the tag-line, GOGTOF (Get One, Get The Other Free). Aren’t you guys so lucky?
Let’s proceed.

The Oscar Awards are almost here. A ceremony rewarding the very best purveyors of fiction and fantasy. Parallels can be similarly be drawn to our world of Fantasy Premier League (FPL), in the time period of the past two months.
Best FPL movie – The Blues Brothers, starring Aguero, Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne, Ederson, Walker, the Silvas and others. If you had at least any two of these players in your squad, then you are definitely breaking box-office records and counting a stack load of FPL pioints.
Best FPL Comedy movie – Gunned with the wind, starring any Arsenal player. Those gunners are providing a lot more laughs than FPL points at the moment.
Best FPL Action movie – Taken, starring Phillipe Coutinho. Filmed on location in Barcelona.
Best FPL Drama movie – The Pogs of War, starring Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho. An intriguing drama in which a reasonably priced Pogba (with a decent points per game ratio in FPL) suddenly faced a Special antagonist.
Best FPL Producer – Sergio Aguero. He produced 21 points all by himself in a single gameweek.
Best FPL Director – Jurgen Klopp, for managing to get consistent FPL performances out of the dynamic duo of Salah and Firmino since the turn of the year. Goals and Assists galore.
Best FPL Hero – The hero who never dies in the movie. The hero who almost always saves the day. His name is Kane, Harry Kane.
Best FPL Anti-Hero – Antonio Conte. Chelsea now struggle to keep clean sheets, Morata has turned useless and Hazard is having to multi-task too often. FPL managers are shifting out Chelsea players by the thousands.
Best Actor – Daniel Sturridge. He convincingly acted the role of a fully fit footballer. Long enough for an extra 20,000 FPL managers to buy him after his loan move to West Brom. Now departed on a 6-week holiday.
And now we move on to the highlight of this ceremony. The announcement of the PFLEF Manager of the Month awards for January and February.
